About event

The Annual Scientific Meeting for the British Society for Research in Ageing (BSRA) conference will be held at the University of Birmingham, 4-6th Sept 2024. The meeting will feature leading international researchers working on basic mechanisms driving human ageing and its associated chronic diseases, with a focus on the role of inflammation.

Venue and Location

      BSRA ASM 2024

The event will be held in the Leonard Deacon Lecture Theatre, Medical School, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston campus .

Birmingham is at the heart of the UK’s road and rail network, and is easily accessible from other parts of the country and beyond. The conference will have sessions focussed on:

  • Hallmarks of Ageing
  • Metabolomics of Longevity
  • Cellular Senescence
  • Inflammation and Ageing
  • Extending Lifespan and Healthspan
  • AI-based approaches to solve the complexities of Ageing
  • Translating Geroscience research

We look forward to your valuable contributions to the conference. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out via email asm@bsra.org.uk
