Submission Guidelines
When submitting, please indicate your preferred type of presentation:
- poster presentation
- oral presentation in a short talk session
If an oral presentation is rejected authors commit to present a poster.
- invited speaker
Select one topic that describes the content of your abstract or choose "Invited Speaker" if you are an invited speaker and your abstract belongs to a session.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is June 19.
In August 2026 you will be informed by e-mail about the decision of the Scientific Committee regarding your type of presentation (poster/oral presentation).
Within the abstract please give a short overview over the background, aims, methods and results of your work.
Text of the abstract structured or unstructured.
Please do not change the default settings of the text fields:
- Word limit (abstract body): 300 words
- Language: english
- Seperate fields for: title, authors, affiliation, acknowledgment and references
- Keywords can be entered
- Text alignment: Left-aligned
For references use ACS-Style.
Each poster will be presented in person by one of the (co-)authors during the guided poster tour. A single person may not present more than three posters during the guided poster tour.
Your abstract will be published as a conference book on PharmRxiv (Your abstract will be published as a conference book on PharmRxiv (see terms and conditions for publication; Creative Commons license CC BY 4.0).
