OVERVIEW: This in-person, three-day course provides a general overview of FLAC3D and covers many basic concepts and recommended procedures for geotechnical numerical analysis with FLAC3D. Topics to be covered during the three-day course include an introduction to FLAC3D including new user interface, model generation, numerical modeling strategy, groundwater analysis, structural support, introduction to FISH and Python scripting, and example applications.
REQUIREMENTS: This is hands-on training, so a laptop computer with administrative rights is required. Please note that this is an in-person event only, there are no virtual/remote attendance options.
